A Bit About Me

I work as a tantric guide, offering a breath of fresh air, a touch of tantra, and simple practices that return people to a little more ease in their own bodies.

I did not arrive here from somewhere serene. I came by way of a Mormon marriage and years of quiet people-pleasing, of living to keep everyone else comfortable. So when I speak about shame, I am not speaking in theory. I know its weight up close.

My work is gentle and practical. Through coaching, community, and slow sensual practice, I help people loosen the grip of that shame and turn, instead, toward curiosity. Toward the body. Toward what is actually true for them.

I hold this space with humor and humility, because reverence without warmth gets heavy. What I am really offering is a way back to your own dignity, and a softer, freer relationship with yourself.
