Terms & Agreements

The terms by which we offer this work.

Intimate Alchemy in the Heart of the Desert

Effective January 1, 2026. Last updated January 1, 2026.

A note before you read: These are the terms of using A Touch Of Tantra. We have written them in plain language, because an agreement you cannot understand is not really an agreement. By using this site or buying from us, you are agreeing to what follows. If anything here is unclear, ask us. We would rather you understand than simply scroll to the bottom and click yes.

Who we are, and what this is

A Touch Of Tantra offers digital guided journals, written practices, one-on-one sessions, in-person workshops and events, and related content for adults exploring sacred intimacy, embodiment, and self-connection. When we say “we” or “us,” we mean A Touch Of Tantra. When we say “you,” we mean you, the person reading, practicing, booking, or purchasing.

These terms apply to everything we offer here: the website, the guides, the bundle, the member portal, sessions, events, and any community spaces we host.

This space is for adults

You must be at least eighteen years old to use this site or purchase from us. By being here, you confirm that you are. The content is intended for mature audiences and is created for adults who choose it freely.

What you are buying, and how you may use it

Our guides and content are digital products. When you purchase one, you are buying a personal license to use it: to read it, practice with it, print a copy for your own use, and return to it as often as you like.

What you may not do is share it the way you would not share a key to your own home. Please do not resell, redistribute, copy for others, post publicly, or pass our guides along to people who have not purchased them. The work took real care to create, and that care is part of what your purchase protects.

Everything we publish, the words, the practices, the designs, the imagery, remains our intellectual property. Your license to enjoy it does not transfer ownership of it.

Accounts and the member portal

Some offerings, including the member portal unlocked by the full bundle, may require an account. If you create one, please keep your login details to yourself and let us know if you believe someone else has gained access.

You are welcome to use a chosen name for your account and community presence, as described in our Privacy & Discretion policy. We only need accurate details where payment or legal compliance genuinely requires it.

If you join any community space we host, we ask you to bring the same respect there that this work is built on. Harassment, cruelty, sharing others’ private information, or violating anyone’s consent or dignity are not welcome and may result in removal without refund.

Prices and payment

Prices are listed on the site and are charged in US dollars. Payment is handled securely by a third-party processor (such as Stripe). By purchasing, you agree to their handling of the transaction, and you confirm that the payment method you use is yours to use.

We may update our prices or offerings over time. Any change applies to future purchases, never retroactively to something you have already bought.

Refunds

Different offerings work differently, so here is how each one is handled.

The guides (digital). Because our guides are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. Once a guide has been delivered, it cannot be returned the way a physical object can, and reading it and then asking for it back would rather defeat the purpose. That said, we are real people. If something went genuinely wrong, a file would not download, you were charged twice, you bought the wrong guide by mistake, reach out and we will make it right. Refunds on guides are offered at our discretion, for honest problems rather than second thoughts.

One-on-one sessions. A non-refundable deposit secures your booking and holds the time that has been set aside for you. If you need to reschedule, simply let us know at least forty-eight hours before your session and your deposit will carry over to your new date. If you cancel or reschedule with less than forty-eight hours’ notice, or do not attend, the deposit is forfeited, as the time can no longer be offered to someone else.

Workshops and events. Refund and transfer terms for in-person workshops and events are provided at the time of booking and may vary by event. Please review the details given for each event before you reserve your place.

What this work is, and what it is not

This matters, so we want to be honest and clear.

Our guides are educational and exploratory. They are invitations to slow down, feel more, and build a kinder relationship with your own body. They are offered with care and with trauma-informed intention underneath.

They are not therapy, medical advice, or psychological treatment, and they are not a substitute for any of those. We are not acting as your therapist, doctor, or counsellor, and nothing here is a diagnosis or a prescription. If you are working through trauma, a medical condition, or significant emotional distress, please seek the support of a qualified, licensed professional. Our work can sit beautifully alongside that kind of care, not in place of it.

You know your own body and your own limits better than anyone. You are always free to pause, skip, adapt, or stop any practice. You take part in these practices by your own free choice, and you are responsible for your own wellbeing as you do.

Our honest limits

We pour real care into this work, and we still cannot promise specific outcomes. Everyone arrives differently and leaves differently, and that is exactly as it should be.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, A Touch Of Tantra is not liable for any indirect or unexpected harm arising from the use of our content or site, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us. Some places do not allow certain limits like these, so parts of this section may not apply to you. None of this is meant to dodge genuine responsibility. It simply keeps expectations honest on both sides.

Links and tools we do not control

Our site may link to other services or rely on third-party tools, such as our payment processor or email platform. We choose them with care, but we do not control them, and their own terms and policies govern your use of them.

If these terms change

We may update these terms as the business grows or the law evolves. When we do, we will revise the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the current version.

Where these terms live, legally

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, in the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved warmly and directly between us will be handled under those laws.

Talk to us

If any part of this is unclear, or you simply want to talk something through before you buy, we welcome it. Clarity is part of the care here.
